Grace has decided no more dance classes for now...she's asked to go back to tumbling which I think we'll do in the spring. The dance class was a blast with the music and the props but I think she's looking forward to something more laid back and less formal or directed. I for one am enjoying not having to give her the "look" or count to 3, or threaten a nap when we get home if she doesn't start dancing! Don't worry Weaver women, I will get through to her! :)

The Polar Express in Williams, AZ

Is really a magical experience for the kids and adults...the hotel is really nice, yummy dinner and breakfast...everyone is encouraged to wear pj's on the train ride just like in the book...they hand out hot chocolate and cookies and sing Christmas carols and then read the story aloud. Then you go through a bunch of lights which means the train is going super fast which is how you can go from Williams, AZ to the North Pole in about 45 minutes...you arrive at the North Pole and Santa is waiting...there's elves and Christmas lights everywhere...Santa gets on the train and hands a bell to every boy and girl and talks to them individually. We're going back next year for sure, hopefully Thomas will enjoy it more then :)

Awww, look how happy we look...if only we knew...

Oh my little man...where do I begin?

He seemed ok at first, looked all around, Daddy showed him the window...then the train and the NOISE took off and with every song, shout, bell, cheer, he screamed louder and louder...sooooo overwhelmed! The ENTIRE HOUR LONG ride. What a joyous ride it was. So much christmas spirit and cheer, blah blah blah. No really it was a wonderful ride, for everyone except the screaming baby and the one holding the screaming baby :) Next year right?
